Driveway Permit Application

All permit applications must be complete and submitted to the land use department located at:  Town of East Haddam, Municipal Office Complex, 1 Plains Road, Moodus, CT 06469.

BOND FEE: $1,200 - $1,750 

Bond is subject to forfeiture if apron is not properly installed within 180 days of date of this application.
