Road Excavation Permit Application

Anyone who performs excavation activities within a Town of East Haddam roadway or right-of-way is required to obtain an excavation permit from the Public Works Department.  

Permit Fee: $50 - $100

Bond is subject to forfeiture if road is not returned to standards set forth within 180 days of date of application.
