Starting December 24, 2025 the United States Postal Service has changed the way they are postmarking your envelopes. 

If you are looking for something to meet a deadline (Tax Bill), go to the counter and request a manual postmark to ensure your payment is made on time.

Our Services:

The Tax Collector is responsible for the billing and collection of all monies due to the town including, but not limited to:

• Real Estate Taxes
• Personal Property Taxes
• Motor Vehicle Taxes
• Sewer Usage

The Tax Collector is also responsible for reporting fiscal information to the various town departments, boards, commissions and the State of Connecticut.
