EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2018

Building Permits                                    $25 for the first $1000 value
Electrical, Heating,                                and $13 for each additional $1,000 value
& Plumbing Permits                              or part of

PLUS the State Educational Training Fee:  .26 Per $1000

Withdrawn Application: If an application is withdrawn, 30% (minimum of $25.00) of the fee collected at the time of submission of the application will be forfeited to the Town for administrative expenses. Requests for refunds of the remainder of the fee must be in writing addressed to the Building Official. No refunds after three (3) months of issued permit.
