Permits Submitted After Work Completion without Issued Permits

To resolve this violation and bring the property into compliance, the following steps must be taken:
o Completed Building and Supplemental Permits by licensed contractors.
o A valid contractor’s license issued by the State of Connecticut.
o Proof of current workers’ compensation insurance.
o Proof of general liability insurance
o A certified letter from the contractor(s) stating that all completed work complies with the Connecticut State Building Code.
