In accordance with Chapter 451, Section 23-59 of the Connecticut General Statutes, providing for the care and control of public trees, notice is hereby given that this tree will be removed ten (10) days or more following posting of this notice.

Any person, firm, or corporation objecting to such removal may appeal within ten (10) days of posting to the Tree Warden in writing, who shall then hold public hearing at some suitable time and place.
