Commercial License Application
TOWN OF EAST HADDAM BUSINESS OWNERS ONLY
This permit is for all registered business. To dispose of business related trash a commercial license is required by all business owners annually. Please fill out the application below and return it to Public Works. Applications will be accepted via email at publicworks@easthaddam.org or in person, Monday - Thursday 11:00am - 2:00pm.
Please note payments will be accepted in the form of check or money order, NO CASH. Credit card options will be coming soon.
If sending online, please allow for up to 14 business days for processing. Permits will be mailed or can be picked up upon completion of application process.
NOTE: Payment must be received prior to processing application. Mail all payments to: Town of East Haddam, Public Works, P. O. Box 385, Moodus, CT 06469.
