This group class will challenge your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy using a combination of fitness tools (BOSU, Medicine Balls, Step, Ab Wheel, Superbands, ladders, Jump Rope, etc.)

3 FREE Classes are being offered: Oct. 18th,19th & 21st

Sessions begin the week of October 25th

Mondays from 4:00pm – 4:45pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30pm – 6:15pm

Cost: 6 week session ($60 for 1x a week or $110 for 2x a week)
