Flexibility for Athletes

How far can you reach, bend or turn? Improve your athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury with flexibility training! Stiff muscles can interfere with proper muscle action and athletic performance. Flexibility is an overlooked but important element for all athletes. This 45 minute class will guide you through safe and proper stretching geared toward common athletic repetitive sports injuries. By improving your flexibility you will benefit from more powerful effective performance in your athletic pursuits.
When: Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
Location: Old Middle School

Cost: $65 for the session or $15 drop in fee
