    Boot Camp Fitness is a challenging, total body, cross training program that focuses on your cardiovascular health, muscle strength, agility, and endurance. The classes are varied and use a variety of techniques, very simple equipment and even the local landscape for cardio exercises such as running hills and sprints plus strengthening such as push-ups, lunges, squats, and pull-ups. Classes will end with core strengthening and stretching.

    BASIC TRAINING: Level 1 is great for those who haven't been working out and need to start at a slower pace.
    BOOT CAMP FITNESS: Level 2 is geared to those individuals who are already at a higher fitness level and looking to challenge themselves in a new way. (There are requirements to be in this level)

    When:         Tuesday, Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday at 8:30 a.m.
    Location:    Old Middle School
    Dates:         Tuesday, January 11, 2011 – Saturday, April 2, 2011
    Cost:           Three times per week - $230
                         Two times per week - $190
                         One time per week - $100
                         Drop in - $12

    Some classes will be held outside, dress properly.  We work out in all kinds of weather be prepared to get wet & dirty. Bring a towel and water.
