Help us to Find a Cure for Alzheimer's
Chestelm and Chestelm Adult Day Services will be walking as we do every year to support the Alzheimer's Association of CT. and our local chapter. This year we will be walking under the name of 'Peacock Pride' on September 15, 2018 at Ocean Beach Park 98 Neptune Ave. in New London. We will register at 9 AM followed by a ceremony at 10 AM and walk at 10:30 AM.
We are asking you if you would like to walk with us or donate to the cause. Any business that donates a $200 minimum will receive a mile marker with your business name and a four line advertisement (which is 24” x 18”) for everyone to see along our walking route. Likewise, if you would like to donate $300 in memory of a loved one you can get a memory marker with their picture and name on it (which is 36” x 24”) and it will be on display in the Promise Garden or a business logo can go on it. All of the paperwork needs to be in by August 5, 2018 to alz.org. If you have any questions you can contact Liz Muller, LPN, Program Manager of Chestelm Adult Day Services and the team captain of 'Peacock Pride' at (860)873-3833 or chestelmads@aol.com.
