The Senior Center has an exercise room with treadmills, an elliptical trainer, and stationary bicycles. The room is open to residents 50 and over from 8-3 weekdays.
Pilates classes, led by Caroline Clark, are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:15AM at no charge.
Tai Chi classes, led by Everett Herden or Ralph Havens, are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 AM at no charge.
Stretch and Balance for Seniors is offered at no charge on Wednesday at 10:00AM. They use a tape.
Weight training is offered at no charge on Friday at 10:00AM. They follow a tape.
Yoga is offered in six-week courses on Mondays from 4 to 5PM. It is lead by Anne Keefe-Forbotnick and costs $60 for each 6 week class. The first class is free as a trial.
