The Senior Center has an exercise room with treadmills, an elliptical trainer, and stationary bicycles. The room is open to residents 50 and over from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. weekdays.
Pilates classes, led by Caroline Clark, are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:15 a.m. at no charge.
Tai Chi classes, led by Ralph Havens, are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at no charge.
Stretch and Balance for Seniors is offered at no charge on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. They use a tape.
Weight training is offered at no charge on Friday at 10:00 a.m. They follow a tape.
Yoga is offered in six-week courses on Mondays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is lead by Anne Keefe-Forbotnick and costs $60 for each 6 week class. The first class is free as a trial.
